Custom scam alerts pilot terms

Free during the pilot
Taking part costs nothing. We will never charge you for the pilot period. Before the pilot ends we will give you at least 60 days' notice by email, and, if you choose to continue, half off your first paid year.
You send the alerts
Your own email tool, website, or newsletter sends the alerts to your own customers or members, under your own sender details and unsubscribe link. We never send messages to your customers.
No customer data
Never send us customer names, email addresses, account details, recordings, or screenshots of real messages. To send your alerts, we keep only your organization's name and what you chose on your application, plus your application email in our inbox.
What the alerts say
Alerts come from the scam alerts we check and publish on endscamsproject.com, each with its published sources. They are general scam-safety information, not legal or financial advice. We do not claim that they prevent fraud or save money, and you should not present them that way.
Things your organization will never do
The ones you tick appear at the bottom of each alert, under your name. Tick only the ones that are true for your organization, and tell us if that changes.
Editing
You may shorten an alert or fit it to your own design. Please keep the “What to do” steps, and the line telling people to contact you on a number they already know, as they are. Do not add a phone number or link to the alert's text. Any change you make is your responsibility.
Our alerts stay independent
Joining the pilot does not give anyone a say over what we publish, or a way to remove or soften an alert.
Leaving or ending
You can leave at any time by turning the alerts off in your email tool, and we will remove your alerts if you ask. We may stop sending alerts to an organization that uses them to mislead people. When the pilot ends, we simply stop adding new alerts, so nothing about the ending reaches your customers.
